I found this

cute little package, that contained Rice…seaweed and soy sauce….

to make your own sushi rolls

I HATE!

raw fish of any kind, but have always thought eating sushi would be fun
cute little plates
chopsticks
dipping sauce
small amounts of tiny food
Its all so quaint
So i picked up a couple packages
and i made them for my lunch and the lids first course of lunch
I just added cooked sliced carrots to ours
I was sceptical at first
that the kids would turn
up their noses to
something different

The kit made 10 rolls, out of that 10 i got 2
the other 8 were fought over by the 3 of them

Not only did they love them

They wanted more....but i decided to have them make their
own meat and cheese sandwiches.

I am very excited about this, i think it will make a lovely addition
to my Kung Poa Chicken and friend rice dinner.
So now i will be on the quest to find cute little plates and tea pots that will go with the
theme.

Sunday night i had made cinnamon rolls for the next mornings breakfast….

heres the photo

Oh so yummy and delectable to taste

Today was a run around day

I felt like we didnt stop all day...
I had womans bible study this morning, which is always a delight....
I am feeling refreshed and renewed.

The children

& i went to the Paradise fish store

and saw so many

amazing fish…turtles and reptiles.

Adia says they want to get a snake so they can let it out in the house.

(note to self…NEVER let the kids have a snake.

I did see cute little hamsters that i would love to have...maybe when the kids are a little older.

I'll skip a bit
cause i'm sure everyone does not want to hear all the mundane details
of my life.
We took a friend to wally world....then she was sweet enough to make us a yummy dinner while
we watched 'Mighty Joe Young' which me nor the children have ever seen.
the kids were a bit on the wild side,
and i'm sure C. was relieved to see us finally go home.
Now i am home praying my kids will go to sleep very soon.
so i can get a few moments peace and quiet before i have to go to sleep.
